We offer free data transfer from your old web hosting provider to our servers once you signup with us.
All you need to do is, email us your old server login details such as server IP, Cpanel / FTP login details etc to [email protected] and then our system administrators will keep you informed further with the status.
If the old server where your website is hosted is a whm/cpanel server, then we can migrate all its contents such as email accounts, web files, ftp accounts, mysql databases etc to our servers.
However, if your old host is using any custom control panel then we may just be able to migrate your web files and mysql databases. Due to the difference in architecture of your old hosts custom control panel and whm/cpanel, we may not be able to extract your emails.
